Mosman Park

This 1970s home required a complete makeover. The owner’s brief was to create a new master bedroom, ensuite, gym room, alfresco areas to the front and rear of the home and walk-in robes for each bedroom.

Painted 2pac cabinets with stone tops and porcelain tiles to walls and floors were used throughout the bathrooms and laundry. The new large ensuite features a water plane stone bench top.

The front façade has a new alfresco overlooking the park reserve, new pivoting entry door and portico. The new rear alfresco with coffered ceilings is adjacent to the new gym room.

All windows and doors were replaced with double glazed windows and stacking doors. The entire home was texture coated to give a fresh look and the aged roof tiles were replaced with new ones.
